Seller Policy
Rules for posting and selling on the marketplace.
Sellers keep the marketplace useful. These rules apply to every listing.
Honesty:
- Describe items accurately, including condition and any defects.
- Use photos of the actual item for sale.
- Price clearly. If the price is negotiable, say so.
Fair use:
- Post each item once. Do not repost the same item to flood search results (posting limits apply automatically).
- Post in the correct category so buyers can find you.
- Remove or mark your listing sold once the transaction is complete.
Fees:
- Most categories are free to post. Where a posting fee applies, it is shown before payment and covers the listed duration.
- Paid or promoted placement, when offered, is always clearly labeled.
High-volume and business sellers:
- Businesses and high-volume sellers must post under a business seller profile with accurate business information.
- Certain legal verification requirements may apply to high-volume sellers; the platform will notify you if so.
Bad-faith practices — bait-and-switch, phantom items, or manipulating prices — result in removal and account limits.
