You must be at least 18 years old to post listings. 2. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you post. 3. Listings expire automatically. You may renew eligible listings subject to posting limits. 4. Near Me's is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users, do not verify every listing, and do not guarantee any product, service, person or outcome. 5. Posting fees, where they apply, are charged per listing or promotion and are described before you pay. Paid placement is always labeled. 6. We may remove content, limit accounts or cooperate with law enforcement where content violates these terms or applicable law. 7. You may not use the platform to harass others, evade moderation, or post prohibited items (see our Prohibited Items policy). If you disagree with a moderation decision, you may respond to the notification you received to request a review. You accept these terms by creating an account or using the platform. We may update them from time to time; material changes are announced in the app.
